摘要 综述了近年来有关反应器内抗冲改性聚丙烯研究的最新进展,介绍了反应器内抗冲改性聚丙烯的生产工艺及多区循环流反应器在丙烯多段聚合中的应用;介绍了反应器内抗冲改性聚丙烯的形态、结构与性能的关系;介绍了反应器内抗冲改性聚丙烯的研究方法及增韧机理。 Recent advances of modified impact polypropylene (PP) in situ reactor were reviewed. Production process of modified impact PP in situ reactor and multizone circulating reactor (MZCR) technology used in multi-stage propylene polymerization were introduced. Relationships between morphology, structure of modified impact PP in situ reactor and its properties were within notice. Research works of toughening mechanism of modified impact PP in situ reactor were also briefed.
