摘要
以麻疹McAb（M－McAb）预先包被固相在聚苯乙烯板孔内，在此基础上，再按间接法程序查待检标本中麻疹抗体，称此方法为间接混合酶免疫试验（IMEIA）。同时与HAI试验进行比较，其符合率达100％。
The measles antibodies in specimens were detected by indirect EIA on the basis of coating polysterol plate with measles McAbs. The procedure was described as indirect mix EIA (IMEIA) and compared with HAI test, the result showed that the coincidence rate of them reached 100%.
