新菌抗癌剂-Ⅰ号对肺癌的免疫增效作用

Immunologic Enhancement of NBAC-Ⅰ on Patients with Pulmonary Carcinosis

33例肺癌及20例癌性脑水患者经治疗后，化疗药物与NBAC－Ⅰ联合治疗组，外周血T细胞总数和T4+亚群以及NK细胞的细胞毒指数均明显提高，腺癌患者尤为突出；而单纯化疗组及单纯NBAC－Ⅰ治疗组的癌性脑水患者，外周血T细胞各亚群及NK细胞活性则无明显提高。联合治疗组较对照组疗效亦有明显提高，腺癌尤为显著，单独NBAC－Ⅰ治疗胸水疗效优异，有效率达95％。NBAC－Ⅰ可与化疗药物协同作用提高机体的细胞免疫功能及临床疗效。

The immunologic enhancement of newtype bacterial anticarcinogen-Ⅰ (NBAC-Ⅰ) on 33 cases of pulmonary carcinosis and 20 cases of carcinous hydrothorax were observed.The result showed that the total sum of peripheral blood T cells and the cytotoxic indexes of T4+ subgroup and NK cells of all the patients (particularly those with adenocarcinoma) synergically treated by chemotherapy and NBAC-Ⅰ were significantly improved. However, the activity of peripheral blood T cells (various subgroups) and NK cells of the patients with carcinous hydrothorax simply treated with chemotherapy on NBAC-Ⅰ alone were not significantly improved. The curative effect of synergically treated group was also significantly irnproved compared with control. The effective rate of NBAC-Ⅰ. (being administered alonely) on carcinous hydtrochorax reached 95%. It proved that NBAC-Ⅰ could be synergically administered with chemotherapy to enhance enorganic cellur immune function and clinical curative effect.
