荷兰安乐死合法化的启示

Enlightenment from Holland Euthanasia Legalization

安乐死在荷兰的合法化,有其特定的文化土壤和背景。本文通过对荷兰安乐死法案产生的背景分析,认为无论是在医疗卫生和社会保障方面,还是在道德风尚尤其是医界的整体道德水准方面,我国目前还存在诸多不足,与荷兰相比还有很大差距。因此,我国当下尚不具备安乐死合法化的条件。

The legalization of euthanasia in Holland has its unique cultural soil and background. Through analyzing the background which Holland euthanasia motion comes into being, this paper assumes that at present, China still has many shortages and has a long way to go compared with Holland in the morality,especially the whole moral standard of the medical circles .Therefore, up to now China do not have the conditions of legalization of euthanasia currently.
