摘要
基于光纤光栅传感原理,将光纤光栅应变传感器、温度传感器与弹性体组合在一起,研制出了光纤光栅测力环.该装置同时测量构件所受应力和温度,并对结果进行补偿以提高测试精度.光纤光栅测力环已成功应用于国内某桥系杆换索施工的监测,实践表明在一般建筑工程环境下,其测量精度可达到±2%,大大优于其他测量工具.因此,光纤光栅测力环可以实时精确地监测工程结构的温度及应力变化状态.
Based on the theory of the fiber optical Bragg (FBG) sensor, the test-force-ring was developed via combination of strain sensor, the temperature sensor and elastomer to measure the stress and temperature synchronously and compensate the outcomes precisely. The fiber Bragg grating sensor has been successfully adopted to monitor the stress of the tie bar of the bridge. The experimental results show that the precision of the optical fiber grating with the condition of common engineering is ±2?% and it is the most ascendant than other measure tools. The test-force-ring is especially fit to monitor the strain of the structure real-time and accurately.
