摘要
对燃用LPG和汽油的双燃料发动机在采用不同结构混合器(比例式混合器和文丘里混合器)和气化器匹配时的动力性、经济性及排放特性进行了研究.结果表明,当采用比例式混合器和文丘里气化器时,发动机燃用LPG的动力性与混合器和气化器均采用文丘里结构时相比要差,两者与燃用汽油相比,功率均下降了约6%~7%;前者的比气耗与后者相比要低约6%,燃用LPG的比燃料消耗比燃用汽油时低约9%;任何负荷情况下,不同混合器与气化器匹配时,发动机燃用LPG的NOx排放都明显比燃用汽油时低.动力性下降的幅度、比燃料消耗及HC和CO排放特性与燃料供给系统的结构密切相关,不同混合器和不同气化器的匹配对发动机特性有显著影响.
The provided, economical and emitting characteristics of liquefied peroloungas (LPG)/gasoline double fuel engines were studied when proportion-type and venturi-type mixers were equipped with gasifiers. The results show that the powers from the engines fueled with LPG utilized with proportion-type or venturi-type wixers are about 6?%~7?% less than the power in the case of venturi-mixer and gasfier. For rated fuel consumption, the former ones are about 6?% less than the engine fueled with gasoline, the engine fueled with LPG are about 9?% less are thau the engine fueled with gasoline. In any loads, for different mixers equipped with gasifiers, the emission of NO x from the engine with LPG is less than the ones from the engine with gasoline. The drops of the power and the rated fuel consumption and the emission of HC and CO are correlated with the structure of fuel supply systems. The matching of the mixers with gasifiers also influences the performance.
