摘要
一、自然保护区建设的现状及存在问题 河南地跨两个气候带,地形复杂,环境多样,物种资源丰富,植被类型繁多。但长期以来对自然资源不合理地开发利用,尤其对森林的反复破坏,导致了环境恶化,产生了一系列的生态灾难,许多珍稀物种濒临灭绝。因而,加快自然保护区建设是一项保护自然环境,拯救、发展和合理开发自然资源的刻不容缓的战略任务。
Based on the present situation of the natural environment of Henan province, such as: sharp decreasing of natural resources, unbalanced bioccology, two-step constructive targets are designed as: the area of conservation districts will be up to 342000 ha by the year 2000, and S8SOOO ha in 2010. 97 conservative districts are included to 5 categories: newly designed forest ecology, wild animals, water conservation, natural landscapes and historical relics.
