Spectrum analysis of hydrogen plasmas at low temperature and low pressure

摘要 采用螺旋波激发氢等离子体,测得氢的Balmer线系前三条谱线的强度。利用二谱线法求电子温度Te,并由Hβ的Stark展宽得到电子密度Ne,简要分析了Te、Ne以及强度与各种参数之间的关系。 Hydrogen plasma has been excited by helicon wave and the intensities of the first three lines of Balmer series have been measured. Electron density T_e derived from two lines method and electron temperature N_e obtained from H_β Stark broadening are also given. The relationships between T_e, N_e as well as the intensities and some variables are simply analysised.
