手术治疗胸腰段椎间盘突出症28例效果分析

Surgical treatment of thoracolumbar disc herniation

目的:观察侧前方椎间盘切除同时加椎间植骨及内固定术治疗胸腰段椎间盘突出症的治疗效果。方法:2 8例胸腰段椎间盘突出症患者,均行侧前方椎间盘切除加椎间植骨及内固定术。结果:术后随访14～2 6个月,疗效优16例,良7例,优良为82 .1%。结论:侧前方椎间盘切除同时加椎间植骨及内固定术治疗胸腰段椎间盘突出症是安全有效的。

Objective: To observe the effect of anterolateral diskectomy plus bone graft and internal fixation in thoracolumbar disk herniation. Methods: Twenty-eight patients with protrusion of thoracolumbar disk underwent anterolateral diskectomy plus bone graft and internal fixation. Results: All patients were followed up for 14 to 26 months, and 23 (82.1%) satisfied. Conclusion: This technique is safe and effective for treating prolapse of thoracolumbar disk.
