摘要
图像拼接技术能够很好地解决显微镜高倍镜下图像视野减小的问题。本研究针对医学显微图像的特点 ,提出了降低分辨率全图搜索算法 ,并具体讨论了拼接缝处理和图像显示等问题。实验证明 ,采用该算法人工参与少 ,客观性好 ,硬件依赖性小 ,速度快 ,能够得到满意的拼接结果。
Image mosaicing technique provides a useful way to solve the problem that only very limited field of view is available got when highly magnifying lens are used in microscopes. The paper presented a low-resolution whole-image-searching algorithm for automatically mosaicing of medical microscopic images and discussed eliminating of seams between images and displaying images. Experimental results showed that the algorithm was fast and precise. The algorithm dependslittle on hardware, so that human bias could be avided. The result images are satisfioble.
