摘要
光动力学疗法 (photodynamic the rapy ,PDT)是一种非手术、浸入性极小的治疗方法 ,其应用分为两个阶段 ,即首先静脉注射一种光敏剂 ,然后以冷激光辐照激活药物 ,进行治疗。
In this paper, a photodynamic therapy was introduced. The photodynamic therapy is a treatment that has high specificity, minimal invasiveness and good cosmetic outcome. It is devided into two stage. First, a kind of photosensitizer is injected in vein. Then the doctor illuminates the turner with light of a specific wavelength, causing the photosensitizer to react with cellular oxygen to produce highly toxic singlet oxygen molecules.
