长期贮藏对小麦根尖细胞分裂的影响

Effect of Long-term Storage on the Cell Division of the Wheat Root Tip

通过对1992—2001年的普通小麦根尖染色体的常规制片分析,结果表明小麦种子萌发时的细胞异常分裂指数与种子在室温储存的时间密切相关.小麦种子在室温储存时间越长,其萌发出的根尖细胞出现异常分裂的比率就越高.高比率的异常分裂是小麦根尖细胞染色体畸变和其种子发芽率降低的重要原因之一.

By studying the root tip cells preparations of common wheat which were stored in 1992—2001,we conclude that it is closely related between the abnormal division index of the wheat root tip cell and the wheat seeds storage time under the room temperature.The longer these wheat seeds stored under the room temperature,the higher abnormal division index of the root tip cells were.The high ratio of abnormal division is one of the important reasons of declining germination percentage and chromosomes aberration of root tip cells in wheat seeds.
