Extracting Techniques for Optimizing Zi Shen Granule by Orthogonal Text

目的:优选滋肾颗粒的提取工艺。方法:以浸膏得率和总蒽醌含量为指标,采用L9 (3)4 正交试验对滋肾颗粒的提取工艺进行优选。结果:最佳提取工艺为提取时间2h、1 .5h,加水8倍量,提取2次,水溶液浓缩至相对密度1. 10,加乙醇至含醇量为70%,静置24h。结论:优选后的提取工艺、合理、稳定,适用于大生产。

Objective:To optimize the extracting techniques for Zi Shen Granule.Methods:By taking the rate of extractum and the total of anthraquinone as the indexes components,the extraction techniques were optimized for Zi Shen Granule through L 9(3)4 orthogonal text.Results:The best condition is twice extraction by 2h or 1.5h,to add octuple water.Then the water solution was concentrated to relative concentration 1.10,and adds ethanol to 70% alcohol Concentration,then stewing 24h.Conclusion:The optemized extraction technique is rational and jarless and ideal for mass production.
