考试管理系统开发的几个关键问题

现在国内许多大学都在扩招,学生人数骤然上升,考试管理成为一大问题,对那些自身教学资源先天性不足的学校,如夜大、电大等问题尤为突出。考试管理中的许多实际问题难以管理,如监考人员的搭配、考试场次的设计、监考人员临时请假、监考人员的监考次数平衡等等。目前这方面的软件太少,即使有,其开放性设计也不好,不能适合本单位的需要,笔者用VB6.0开发的《学校考试管理系统》具有一定的实用价值。

Nowadays, a large amount of universities have been expanding their student recruitment. Along with the increasing of students, the management of examination is gradually becoming a main issue. For those universities which are lacking of the teaching resources, for example, many evening schools and television universities, especially have poignant problem. Also for most staffs, the arrangements of invigilation are increasingly becoming a daunting task--the choice of examiner, the venue, and the cooperation between examiner and the payment of invigilator. At present, a few of software can be used to solve these problems. However, due to the deficiency of opening design, this kind of software may not fulfill your demand. Therefore, I have made an 'examination managing system' with Visual Basic and hope it can finally deal with above issue?
