摘要
随着社会的发展,经济的全球化,企业间的竞争变得日益激烈,利益相关者管理已经成为现代企业管理和公司治理理论的核心内容之一,企业与这些利益相关者关系的发展将成为决定企业活力与成功重要因素。本文认为企业要从企业利益相关者之间的冲突与协调入手来进行利益相关者管理。
With social denelopment and globalization of economy, competition between enterprises is getting sharper and sharper. Management of benefit interrelaters has become one of kernel contents in modern enterprises and companies. The development of enterprises and denefit interrelaters will become the important factors of their vigour and existence.
