Thoughts on the Investment and Financing Mechanism of the Infrastructure Construction in Guiyang City

城市基础设施建设状况直接关系到城市经济的发展和人民生活水平的提高。自贵阳市被批准为内陆开放城市后,城市基础设施建设迅速发展,但发展水平远低于全国城市的平均水平,究其原因,主要是资金匮乏。就贵阳市城市基础设施投、融资机制进行研究,以期对贵阳市城市基础设施建设及投融资现状进行分析。贵阳市城市基础设施建设必须建立新型的投、融资机制,并对机制运行的改革政策和措施、建立贵阳市城市基础设施投资基金等方面进行有益的探索。

The city infrastructure construction is directly related to the development of economy and the improvement of people' s living standard. The comparatively lower development of the infrastructure construction of Guiyang city, which is lower than the average level in the country, is mainly due to the shortage of fund. This article makes an analysis of and research on the current situation and mechanism of investment and financing. It also probes into building the new mechanism, reforming the operation system,and establishing the investment fund in the infrastructure construction.
