摘要
新时期大学生思想政治教育工作正面临着许多新情况新问题。而高校学生辅导员是否具有良好的素质,将直接关系到学生的健康成长。为了进一步适应大学生思想政治教育工作的新特点,高校学生辅导员应具备多方面的基本素质和综合能力。
New issues arise in the thoughts and politics education to college students in the new era. In the colleges and universities, political instructors with good qualities will contribute to the healthy growth of students. To be adapted to the new characteristics of thoughts and political education,college political instructors should be equipped with a variety of basic qualities and comprehensive capabilities.
