摘要
修改成年监护制度以适应维护身心障碍者生活的正常化及尊重其自我决定权的新理念,已成为一种时代趋势。我国在制定民法典之际,也应顺应时代朝流,修改和完善我国的成年监护制度,使其更加符合我国的现实需要。
Amending the adult guardian sgstem so as to sustain the disableds' living moralization and esteeming their self-determination hasbecome a new notion and a trend of the day.To amend and perfect this system in china,the author argues that we should go with the current of the times before establishing our country's civil law.Only in this way,can the sgstem increasingly meet our practicac needs.
