摘要
建立有效的经营者激励机制是解决我国国有企业所有者和经营者两大行为主体经营目标不一致的关键问题。本文分析了国有企业有效整合经营目标的不同激励方法,阐述了股票期权在我国的实现途径,并对国有企业实施股票期权中要注意的问题进行了探讨。
It is a key problem to constitute an effective incentive system for our state-owned enterprises to solve the disagreement between the owners and the managers. Chinese state-owned enterprises should constitute more effective form of incentives to incite the managers of the state-owned enterprises and strengthen these enterprises. In this paper, the vary incentive means are demonstrated, then how to carry out the stock option system is presented and the related questions are discussed.
