摘要 供试的三个菌株7402,x16和大光在相同的有机培养基中,其商体量不同,以7402生长最多;其漆酶和多酚氧化酶活性也有差异,以X16产生的最高。在有机基础培养基中加花生仁纷或葵籽仁粉可以促进菌体生长量,而加草纸浆却提高了木聚糖酶活性。以加漩甲基纤维素的综合培养基为种液,接种到有草纸浆加花生仁粉的培养基中,可以诱导出较高的纤维素酶活性,但漆酶和多酚氧化酶浩性不高。反之,用玉术粉为种液时,仅出刃了高的漆酶和多酚氧化酶活性,而纤维素酶性却是低的。 AbstractFor three tested;trains,7402,X16 and Da Guang, grown in the same organic medium,the mycelial weight is different with the maximum of 7402and the activities of laccase and polyphenol oxidase produced are also diverse with the maximum of X16.Addition of peanut meal or sunflower seed meal to basic organic medium would be able to increase the mycelial weight whereas addition of grass paper pulp might enhance the activity of Xylanase,If the synthetic medium with the addition of carboxylnethyl cellulose is used as motherliquid culture and is inoculated to the synthetic medium with grass paper pulp and peanut meal added,the comparatively high activity of cellulase is induced yet the activitie;of laccase and polyphenol oxidase are rather low,On thecontrary,if the corn meal is used as mother liquid culture instead,only bothkccase and polyphenol oxidase give the high activities and the activitv ofcellulase is still low.
