摘要
本文依据相关资料数据,构建灰色模型GM(1,2)和GM(1,1)。应用模型对四川省2005—2010年从业人才需求和三次产业人才结构情况做出预测,并对人才质量进行分析。在此基础上,提出了实现预测目标的策略建议,为四川省人才培养决策提供参考。
Based on the correlative data, the grey model GM(1,2) was established to forecast the total number of the talent requirement from 2005 to 2010. And GM(1,1) model was used to predict the structures of three industries. Then talent quality was analyzed. According to the forecast results, some useful strategic propositions were proposed in order to give some references to correctly carry out the human resource exploitation and cultivation in Szechwan.
