With the execution of strategy of rejuvenating china through science and education and western development and develop China by talent, the establishment of advanced world first-class universities will firmly advance the endurable development of economy and society in western China and even have great and deep strategic meanings on improvement of comprehensive national strength and international competitive strength. This article discusses the possibility of the establishment of first-class university of western college of China and presents problems that need instantly solve and it's solutions aiming at difficulty and main distance with it.
