Analysis of existing problems of the practice of field service center and countermeasures

摘要 目的了解外勤服务中心工作过程中存在问题的原因,及时提出改进措施。方法分析前6个月实施中存在问题,采取有效改进措施,再从改进措施实施前、后6个月中分别抽出早晨收集标本4300例、急查血标本800例、送病人做各种检查3500例中存在问题采用字2检验进行比较。结果后6个月早晨标本放置混乱、送检病人不在、送急查血标本等候时间过长、病人检查后自己回科室、早晨抽错血标本试管等存在问题发生率显著低于改进前的6个月(P<0.01或P<0.05),有显著性差异。结论及时查找原因,采取有效的对策,可减少存在问题,减少不安全隐患,从而提高工作效率和护理质量。 Objective To understand factors causing existing problems of the practice of field service center and bring forward measures in time. Methods Existing problems were analyzed 6 months in the beginning of practice and effective steps were taken. Existing problems of 4 300 patients with sample collected in the morning, 800 patients with urgent blood sample, 3 500 patients receiving various exam 6 months before and after the practice of effective steps were chosen respectively, and they were compared by x2. Results The occurrence rate of problems of placing morning sample in disorder, absence of patients receiving exam, long wait for urgent blood sample, patients' returning to department by themselves, and tubes with mistaken blood sample lowered down significantly 6 months after the practice of effective steps than before, which showed significant differences (P<0.01 or P<0.05). Conclusion Timely finding out causes and taking effective steps can reduce the occurrence of existing problems and potential security problems, so as to improve working efficiency and nursing quality.
