辽宁投资法律环境现状分析与对策研究

A Study of the Present Condition and Countermeasures about the Law Environment of Investment in Liaoning

法律环境的健全是吸引外资的重要方面。加入WTO后,为与WTO规则接轨,我国对有关外商投资的法律法规进行了修改和完善。为了促进经济的发展,辽宁应加快改善吸引外商投资的法律环境,在分析辽宁外商投资法律环境现状的基础上,提出改善辽宁投资法律环境的对策和建议。

Sound law environment is an important aspect for attracting foreign capital. After entering WTO, in order to be consistent with WTO rules, our country has modified and perfected the related laws about foreign company investment. In order to promote the development of economy, the province of Liaoning should speed up the improvement the law environment about attracting foreign company investment. Based on the analysis of the present condition about law environment of foreign company investment of Liaoning, the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the law environment of foreign company investment of Liaoning province.
