With the promotion of the popularization of the education and continuously expanding enrollment, the issue of college graduates employment has become a hot topic and is concerned by the whole society. A conclusion can be drawn from a further analysis of the employment system of college graduates in the developed countries that college graduates employment needs the whole society’s joint effort. We must deepen the reform on the government administration system, the policies of employment, and personnel system. Colleges must constantly change the traditional education system and graduates must alter their old idea of employment, and enterprises and agencies must offer convenience to graduates. Only in this ay can we build a new college graduates employment system which is suitable for China’s tertiary education development and the demand of our society.
