Characteristics of German Vocational Education and Its Use for Reference

德国的职业教育水平是世界各国所公认的,它有完善的职业教育体系、严格的师资培训制度、配套的职业教育法规,更有促进其经济发展的独具特色的“双元制”职业教育模式。德国的职业教育堪称世界职业教育的一个典范。目前,我国的职业教育现状不容乐观,我们应从我国国情出发,学习和借鉴德国成功的经验,积极采取对策,克服困难,解决矛盾,大力推进我国职业教育的发展。

German vocational education is generally approved of by all the other countries in the world. There are perfect systems of vocational education, rigorous institution of teacher training and correlative statute of vocational education. The dual system of vocational education in Germany is a unique mode stimulating German economy. German vocational education is a model in the world. At present, vocational education in China is not at all taken optimistically. According to the situation in China, we should overcome difficulties and take valid countermeasures to develop vocational education in China.
