我国东北工业的发展,经历了日本帝国主义统治、苏联援建时期和抗美援朝等历史发展阶段,使其在形成和发展的过程中具有殖民地工业、苏联模式和战时工业等特点,显现出阻碍社会经济健康发展和人民生活改善的弊端。
