摘要
法律服务国际化从一定程度而言就是法律人才的国际化,归根到底是法学教育的国际化。中国法学教育在教育观念、内容、体制和模式等方面在法律服务国际化的潮流中面临严峻挑战,因而,必须采取有效措施,应对这种挑战。
To a certain degree, the internationalization of law services is that of law talents and at last, is that of the law education. In terms of concepts, contents, systems and modes of education, Chinese law education is facing severe challenges in the trend of the internationalization of law services. Therefore, measures should be taken to deal with these challenges.
