MH/Ni电池超高倍率放电性能的研究

摘要 为满足电动工具和电动玩具对MH/Ni电池超高倍率放电性能的要求,用烧结正极及拉浆电镀正极,配合铜网压成式合金负极,组装成SC2000和AA1200型MH/Ni电池,提高了电池的超高倍率放电性能,但极化增加;发现了MH/Ni电池超高倍率放电的一些新特性。 In order to meet the need of electric tools and toys to super-high rate discharge performance of Ni/MH batteries,the plating-slurried positive electrode with rolled copper-net alloy negative electrode,SC2000 and AA1200 Ni/MH batteries were made with sintered positive electrode. The super-high rate discharge performance of battery was improved, and the polarization was (increased.) Some new characteristics of Ni/MH batteries with super-high rate discharging were found.
