Preparation of palladium catalyst for VRLA battery by electroless plating

摘要 采用化学镀法制备了VRLA电池钯催化剂Pd/Al2O3,用称重法分析镀液组成对钯沉积速度的影响,并检测了镀层与基体的结合力;在VRLA电池中测试了催化剂Pd/Al2O3的活性。Pd/Al2O3的最佳组成和操作条件为PdCl2∶2g/L,pH=9 8,温度:70℃,稳定剂∶0 055g/L。 The preparation of palladium catalyst (Pd/Al_2O_3) for VRLA battery by electroless plating was studied. The effect of the plating solution composition on the plated speed was analyzed by weighing method,the binding energy between the coating and matrix was discussed.The catalytic activity of VRLA battery was tested.Optimal composing and complex condition of the (palladium) catalyst (Pd/Al_2O_3) were PdCl_2∶2 g/L,pH=9.8,temperature∶70 ℃,stabilizer∶0.055 g/L.
