摘要 研究了碱锰电池正极配方与工艺,采用正交法确定了最佳的正极配方;同时采用球磨“机械化学”法的混料工艺。实验结果表明:研制的AA型电池较市售电池的正极环电阻率减少了3 0 % ,在1A下恒流放电容量提高了77%。 Cathode formula and technology of alkaline Zn/MnO_2 battery were investigated. The optimal cathode formula was (confirmed) by using orthogonal method. A new method of ball-milling with mechanical chemical processing was used to mix positive materials. The results showed that the cathode ring resistance rate of the sample AA size battery was decreased 30% , capacity was increased 77% in comparison with the commercial battery at 1 A constant discharge current.
