摘要
超大型井式气体渗碳炉的设计和制造关键点在于炉温的均匀性和碳势的均匀性及其控制,在投入运行后的关键点在于如何防止长时间高温状态下的高温蠕变和热变形对炉罐等部件的影响等。针对以上情况进行了技术调研和分析,采取了相应的设计措施。超大型井式气体渗碳炉投入运行9个月,实践证明是成功的。
The key points of design and manufacture for ultra large tye well gas carburizing furnace depend on furnace temperature and carbon- potencial uniformity as well as its control. After putinto production, its key points dependon thathow prevent theinfluence of high temperature change form to furnace pot. In regard to above-mentioned status, we are proceed on technical research and analysis. The rational design measure is adopted. Through 9 months operation practice confirm that the ultra large type well gas carburizing furnace is successful.
