摘要
在生物信息学系统设计中引入WebServices体系结构,提出生物信息系统功能服务的模型。以双序列比对作为例子,完成了WebServices的设计和实现,体现出WebServices在生物信息学系统应用中的优越性。
The architecture of Web Services is introduced into the bioinformatics system design, and a bioinformatical service system model is proposed. Using the example of two-sequence alignment, a Web Service is designed and implemented. It shows the advantages of Web Services used in bioinformatics applications.
