利用废耳木料开放式栽培香菇的研究

Studies on the cultivating shiitake mushroom on the saw dust of cultivated wood ear logs in non-sterilized way

本试验通过对废木耳粉碎料营养成分的分析，发现其营养适合栽培香菇。栽培结果表明：用度耳木粉碎料开放式栽培香菇和羽照木屑相比，其发菌速度快，出菇早、集中，生物学效率高。因此，废耳木粉碎料完全可以变废为宝，栽培香菇。

We find that the saw dust of cultivated wood ear logs could be used to cultivate shiitake mushroom by analysing its nutrition, The results of cultivation suggested that the mycilia growth is faster and fruitbody formation is eazlier than ck,biological efficience and resistence to other microorganism as good as ck,so the saw dust of cultivated wood ear logs is suitable for cultivating shiitake mushroom.
