摘要
多层包扎压力容器是存储高压氢气和氮气的常用压力容器之一,应用于石油、化工等行业;带内衬压力容器主要用作石油炼制工业中的再生器,是炼油装置的关键设备。综述了两种压力容器在制造和使用过程中的不同阶段可能出现的缺陷和分别采用的无损检测方法及特点,方法包括射线、超声、磁粉、渗透、红外及声发射检测等。
Multi-layer pressure vessel is one of the widely used pressure vessels for storing high-pressure hydrogen and nitrogen. It is used in petrochemical industry. Pressure vessels with inner insulation are mianly used as equipment for catalyst regeneration, which is the key facility in refinery. The characteristics of multi-layer pressure vessel and pressure vessels with inner insulation and their nondestructive testing methods during their fabrication and operation are reviewed. The applied nondestructive testing(NDT) methods include radiographic testing, ultrasonic testing, magnetic particle testing, penetrant testing, infrared testing and acoustic emission testing.
