摘要 建立了反相高效液相色谱法测定鬼灯檠中岩白菜素的含量。色谱柱为SymmetryC18柱(5μm,4.6mm×150mm),流动相为甲醇水(1∶3),流速为1.0mL·min-1,柱温30±1℃,检测波长为275nm。该方法线性范围为0.8~4.0μg(r=0.9987),平均加标回收率为100.5%,岩白菜素的相对标准偏差为1.6%(n=6),检出限为0.1ng。方法快速,简单,灵敏度高。 A RP-HPLC method for the determination of bergenin in Rodgeris aesculifolia batal was developed. The Chromatographic conditions were as follows: a C_(18) column (5 μm, 4.6 mm×150 mm, i.d.) was eluted with a mobile phase consisted of methanol and water(1+3) at the column temperature of 30±1 ℃. The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^(-1) and the wavelength of measurement was 275 nm. Linearity of the working curve was kept linear in the range of 0.8~4.0 μg with a corelation coefficient of 0.998 7. The average recovery was 100.5% with RSD 1.6% (n=6). The detection limit was 0.1 ng. The method was proved to be quick,simple and highly sensitive.
