摘要
研究了三波长光度法测定水果蔬菜中多菌灵残留量的最佳测定条件,在pH8.3的条件下,测定278,281和290nm波长处的吸光度,计算出校正吸光度,校正吸光度与多菌灵含量在0~50μg范围内呈线性关系,相关系数为0.9991,方法检出量为0.773μg;样品的加标回收率在93.5%~101.0%范围内,测定结果满意。
The optimum conditions for ternary spectrophotometric determination of residual carbendazim in vegetables and fruits were described. In a medium of pH 8.3, the absorbances at 278 nm, 281 nm and 290 nm were determined, and the absorbance corrections were calculated. A good linear relationship between the corrected absorbance and amount of carbendazim was obtained in range of 0~50 μg with a correlation coefficient of 0.9991. The detection limit of the method is 0.773 μg. The relative standard deviation is less than 9.0%. The average recovery for different concentration levels is in the range of 93.5%~101.0%.
