摘要
目的 在三维标测系统(CARTO)指导下进行肺静脉隔离治疗心房颤动(房颤)。方法 选2例阵发房颤病人,在CARTO系统指导下建立左房及肺静脉三维电解剖图像,并环肺静脉口周围消融,实现肺静脉与左房电隔离。结果 随访3个月,房颤无复发,无血栓及肺静脉狭窄等并发症发生。结论 三维标测系统指导下肺静脉隔离治疗房颤安全有效。
Objective Isolating each 2 pulmonary veins (PVS) from the left atrium (LA) by circumferential radiofrequency (RF) under guidance of 3D map system to treat Atrial fibrillation (AF).Methods We selected 2 patients with paroxysmal AF,A nonfluoroscopic mapping system was used to generate 3D electroanatomic LA maps and deliver PF energy.Each 2 PVS was isolated electrically from LA.Results After 3 moths,2 patients were AF-free,no thromboembolic events or PV stenoses were observed.Conclusion Radiofrequency PV isolation with electroanatomic guidance is safe and effective in AF.
