吗啡条件性位置偏爱与海马一氧化氮合酶的关系 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨吗啡条件性位置偏爱(CPP)小鼠海马不同亚区神经元一氧化氮合酶(NOS)的变化。方法采用NADPH d组织化学法显示海马NOS的变化。结果吗啡组海马齿状回NOS阳性神经元数目(27. 88±14. 20)明显多于盐水组(7. 00±3. 12) (P<0. 01),而CA1区和CA3区无明显变化(P>0. 05)。结论海马神经元NOS的表达增多与吗啡精神依赖的形成有关。 ObjectiveTo study the relationship between morphine conditioned place preference and nitric oxide synthase in hippocampal neurons. MethodsThe changes of NOS were studied by using NADP-diaphorase histochemical method. ResultsCompared with saline group(7.00±3.12),the number(27.88±14.20) of NOS positive cells of morphine group increased obviously in dentate gyrus areas of hippocampus(P<0.01),but there was no significant difference in CA1 and CA3 areas(P>0.05). ConclusionThe strong expression of NOS in hippocampal neurons is related to psychical dependence induced by morphine.
