综合医院住院病人心理状况调查分析

Analysis of psychological situation in general hospital patients

目的了解某三级甲等综合医院住院患者的心理状况,分析患者的心理症状与其所患躯体疾病、病前人格素质、所经历生活事件的相关程度,以便准确鉴别症状,正确诊断、治疗疾病.方法用90项症状清单(SCL-90),艾森克个性测验-成人(EPQ)、生活事件量表(LES)、疾病影响程度量表(SIP)等,对患者进行相应评价分析.结果 SCL-90各项目分与常模之间均存在显著差异(t=6.108～18.677,P=0.000),清单所列9种心理症状均受神经质人格(r=0.321～0.456,P＜0.05)、负性生活事件(r=0.188～0.287,P＜0.05)和疾病所致功能损失(0.401～0.494,P＜0.05)的影响;此外E分、P分、中性、负性生活事件也对部分心理症状构成影响(P＜0.05).结论综合医院住院病人存在躯体化障碍、焦虑、抑郁、恐惧、强迫、偏执、敌对、人际关系敏感,和精神病性症状等多种心理障碍.这些障碍的出现在不同程度上受个性、生活事件、躯体状况等多种因素共同作用.

ObjectiveTo know the present mental situation of patients in general hospital, and to prevent them from mental diseases.MethodsThe questionnaire data of 585 patients in general hospital were analyzed with statistical methods. ResultsThe mental disease symptom such as depression, anxious, compel, of patients in the hospital is different from common people significantly (t=6.108~18.677, P=0.000). Characters nervosity(r=0.321~0.456,P<0.05), life event affairs (r=0.188~0.287, P<0.05), disease(0.401~ 0.494 , P<0.05) are correlation to mental disorder. ConclusionPatients in general hospital have different mental symptoms, and various factors contribute to the situation.
