摘要 复合加工过程给复合土工膜中的膜材带来新的结构缺陷,如膜材表面结构粗糙化、膜材自由体积增加、纤维与膜材之间的界面粘结缺陷、膜材的有效抗渗厚度减小、膜—基复合过渡区中膜表面的异相成核结晶等。这些缺陷的产生受许多因素的影响。膜材中LLDPE的混用比例增加,基材中纤维越细,表面平整,不易给膜材带来新的结构缺陷;提高复合加热功率、降低生产速度、增加复合压力,将使复合土工膜的抗渗能力变差。 Some new structural disfiguration, such as surface roughening, free volume increasing, interfacial disfiguration increasing in fibre and membrane, effective thickness decreasing, etc., is added to membrane of composite geomembrane during laminating process. The emergence of disfiguration is influenced by many factors. The higher proportion of LLDPE and more smooth surface of substrate with finer fibre are used in the membrane, the less structural disfiguration in membrane would be. It is easy to produce structural disfiguration for membrane with higher power during heating, lower velocity on production line and higher pressure during composition process.
