摘要
在高校管理创新中,对于人的因素的解读具有决定性的意义,发挥全体师生员工的积极性是高校管理创新的关键,而这一点恰恰容易被忽视。高校管理中涉及人的因素有三个重要观念,即人本观念、民主观念和法治观念,“以人为本”是高等教育的根本要义,对人的激励应成为高校管理活动的原动力,民主管理和依法冶校是问题的关键。
In university creative management, comprehension of human factors has the decisive significance, and it is a key in university management, which is actually easy to be neglected. More attention should be paid to humanism which is the essence in higher education. Encouragement should become the incentive of people and democratic management and running school by law are the key points.
