在高校管理创新中,对于人的因素的解读具有决定性的意义,发挥全体师生员工的积极性是高校管理创新的关键,而这一点恰恰容易被忽视。高校管理中涉及人的因素有三个重要观念,即人本观念、民主观念和法治观念,“以人为本”是高等教育的根本要义,对人的激励应成为高校管理活动的原动力,民主管理和依法冶校是问题的关键。
