摘要
腾讯经过短短6年时间就成为国内网络即时通讯市场的垄断者,与腾讯在其发展的各阶段,采取符合网络经济一般规律的市场策略密切相关。理清楚腾讯的市场策略有助于我们更好的理解网络经济运行规律。本文从网络经济的基本策略入手,对腾讯如何通过对产品的定位与版本划分,以及对渠道的管理而获取最大化的利润进行了详细的分析。
After 6 years,Tengxun monopolized the market of instant communication,which related to its market strategy that accorded with the general net economic rules during the different phases in Tengxun's developing.It is useful to us to comprehend the rules of net economic to find out Tengxun's market strategy.In this paper,I analyses how Tengxun maximize the profit by product's location,edition division and channel management from the basic rules of net economic.
