基于“流体验”视角的顾客网上购物行为研究 被引量:17

摘要 随着互联网的普及,顾客网上购物进入高速增长时期。顾客网上购物行为受其购物过程体验的显著影响,而流体验则是最为重要的网上体验之一。本文正是从顾客流体验的角度,通过分析影响顾客网上购物流体验的三个因素,将流体验的不同维度与各种顾客网上购物行为相匹配,并提出了相应的营销对策。
