海上石油开发前景广阔,安全靠泊平台依赖于充分的准备、合理的操作步骤和周密的防范措施。此文结合实际操作经验对平台靠泊操纵进行了探讨。
The prospect of Chinese sea petroleum development is great. To study the ships getting alongside the offshore oil-platform is very important. The safety getting alongside depends on sufficient preparation, reasonable operation and precautions against accidents. This article tentatively studies on alongside the offshore oil-platform according to practical experience.
