航次计划作为驾驶台资源管理的一部分受到了航运界的重视,IMO颁布了《航次计划指南》,对制定和实施航次计划进行规范和指导。此文从培训和航海实际工作的角度,叙述了航次计划实施过程中应注意的一些事项。

As one of the important parts of Bridge Resources Management, voyage plan has been brought into the eyesight of the shipping industr. IMO adopted resolution on Guidelines for Voyage Planning, which made out some recommendations and rules on voyage planning. In this article, the authors will discuss some issues related to implementation of the Guidelines from the aspect of training and practical work onboard.
