摘要
目的:探讨中药雷公藤治疗实验性肝癌的疗效。方法:建立荷实体型肝癌(H22)小鼠模型,观察经雷公藤治疗对其肿瘤生长的影响。结果:雷公藤能显著抑制肿瘤的生长,其抑瘤率达35.46%。结论:雷公藤有明显的抗肿瘤作用。
Objective:To observe the effect of the Chinese medicine Tripterygium wilfordii Hook.F(TWHF)on experimental hepatocarcinoma.Methods:The model of hepatocarcinoma22 solid tumor-bearing mice was produced and treated with TWHF.The rate of inhibiting tumor was observed.Results:TWHF could obviously inhibit the tumor growth,and rate of inhibiting tumor-bearing mice.
