摘要 多维液相色谱已成为复杂样品研究的重要工具。本文在介绍多维液相色谱原理与方法的基础上,重点讨论了二维液相色谱接口切换技术的近期发展,并对其应用现状进行了总结分析。 Multidimensional liquid chromatography has been one of the important tools for the study of complex mixtures. Based on the theory and technology of multidimensional chromatography, this article discusses the recent developments of the switching technique in the interface of two-dimensional liquid chromatography,and illustrates its applications which emphases on the research of proteomics.
