摘要
图像压缩技术是一种压缩一维周期或准周期信号的有效手段,AliBilgin等用JPEG2000压缩ECG(心电图)数据就是比较成功的范例。笔者提出了一种基于自相关函数的图像生成方法,并在JPEG2000压缩ECG数据的实践中得到验证,可以解决AliBilgin等方法存在R波或QRS波群变化对ECG周期检测影响的难题。该方法的应用范围不局限于ECG信号,也适用于其他形式周期或准周期信号的JPEG2000压缩。
Image compression technology is an effective means for compressing one-dimension periodic or quasi-periodic signals. It is a relatively successful exam- ple that Ali Bilgin et al. compress ECG(electrocardio- gram) data using JPEG2000. An image formation method based on autocorrelation function is proposed, and verified in the practice of JPEG2000 compressing ECG data. It can solve the difficult problem existing in Ali Bilgin et al.’s method that the change of R wave or QRS waves influences ECG’ period detection. The method does not confine to ECG, is also suitable for JPEG2000 compression of other periodic or quasi-periodic signals.
