目的 为进一步规范全市各级各类医院的医院感染管理工作。方法 成立医院感染管理地方监控网,在网内汇总和分析全市医院感染病例监测情况,提供技术指导和相关服务、进行业务培训、检查监督及总结与交流等。结果 及时掌握全市医院感染资料、普及相关知识,推动了医院感染管理工作。结论 地方医院感染监控网是行政管理部门不可或缺的参谋与助手。

OBJECTIVE To further standardize the management of the infection in all kinds of hospitals in the NanjingCity. METHODS To establish the local monitoring net of managing the infection in the hospital, To collectand analyze the information of the cases with nosocomial infection in the City, to provide technical support and relevant service, to give the specialized training, and to inspect, summarize and exchange the information etc. RESULTSIt is helpful to predominate the information of nosocomial infection in the City, to popularize the relevantknowledge, and to promote the work of the management of the infection in the hospital. CONCLUSIONS The local monitoring net on pital infection is a necessary tool for the administration.
